PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN 5 - A DAY IN THE SEA

Watching a cool movie in theater is one of the nicest experience in the world.I have always found theaters as an intimidating place. They take you to another place in to another story in to another era...its like magic. But it can be quiet a pocket emptying activity too. When I finally able to save up some money from my part time job ,I decided to treat myself with a movie. And when Jack Sparrow the greatest pirate of all the times is around I didn't give it a second thought.
I watched the movie in a nearest multiplex with decent 3d and sound effects..and the most striking part of the movie I can say is its back ground score by Geoff Zanelli, the stunning sea and some of the thrilling action sequences.Saying about it as a movie,it gives you occasional laughs with the witty dialogues of the cast and entertainment through the music, action sequences and the visual effects. From what you expect of a pirate movie you will spend the 2 hour and 33 minutes in the sea which I absolutely enjoyed.
But about the cones of the movie the saddest them among them of all is that you can not see the Jack sparrow, the greatest pirate of them all whom we love and adore and amuse at.All we see is a shadow of the Jack Sparrow we loved from the first movie.Secondly the plot of the movie is really silly. It begins with great expectations(SPOILER ALERT) where the journey of Henry Turner starts with the aim of breaking the curse which bounded his father Will turner to the Flying Dutchman. He expects to find the trident of Poseidon which can break all the curses of the sea with the help of Jack sparrow. But later a teenage Henry who is part of a British naval ship is meets a ghostly undead captain Salazar who leave only one man from the ships he destroy to tell the tale, and who seeks revenge on Jack Sparrow, for he was the one who tricked and made Salazar and crew cursed which makes them stay dead in the sea.Later few uninteresting characters are added and Jack Sparrow is introduced but in a way we feel pity for the pirate and together with the crew and they sale for the trident. We will feel what a silly plot line is there, what a cliche formulas and even the Salazar and Jacks backstory is not thrilling enough. But I couldn't deny the fact that I was entertained in watching it in theaters and don't regret it as a waste of money. The film had its moments, but as a whole it is not impressive as the first movie of the series(which I consider as the best among the franchise).
